Price

A standard single-appliance sweep is £80, certificate included. Additional appliances or flues at the same property are priced on request. There is no deposit: you pay after the sweep is complete. Commercial premises are quoted individually — see commercial chimney sweeping.

Book with your neighbours and save £10 each

If five or more chimneys in the same village are booked together, the price drops to £70 per chimney for everyone in the group. It saves travelling time, which is what makes the lower price possible. Start or join a group on the book together page — the discount is applied automatically once the group reaches five chimneys, including for people who joined earlier.

Your one-hour arrival window

A standard sweep takes around 40 minutes. When you book you choose a one-hour arrival window rather than a vague morning or afternoon slot, and we plan roughly one appointment per hour so there is time for local travel between jobs. Your window is not changed behind your back — if anything ever needs to move, we contact you.

When we can get to Market Rasen

Availability is driven by the live diary, not by a fixed rota. Wednesday is our usual Welton and Market Rasen direction, but any online-bookable day is open to you while it has no appointments yet. Once the first job of a day is booked, that day's remaining slots are kept geographically close to it so the route stays efficient — which is why the dates you see are the dates we can genuinely reach you.
