What the appointment involves

We protect the room with dust sheets and seal the hearth before any work starts. The flue is swept from the appliance, the deposits are collected into a HEPA vacuum, and the flue and appliance are given a visual check. A smoke draw test confirms the chimney is pulling correctly, and your insurance-approved certificate is issued before we leave.

Prices

A standard single-appliance sweep is £80, including the certificate. Additional appliances or flues at the same property are priced on request, and there's no deposit to pay when you book.
